1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of CrossApply AI ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use this Service and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using this Service.
For users in jurisdictions where a higher age of consent applies (such as 16 in certain EU member states), you confirm you meet that age requirement or have obtained verifiable parental consent.
1.3 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use and may request deletion of your account.
